Today the picture has arrived to us. We're very excited! The image we like very much.
We must now only several times watch under different lighting conditions
and decide where we hang the picture at best.

My Art Canvas Print is printed in a high quality plateless printing process, known as Gicleé-Print. This renders an amazingly smooth image true to the original painting, which lasts a lifetime.
My unique Art Canvas Prints are individually created by me from my original artworks and can't be found anywhere else.
I accept only payment in advance - money transfer into my bank account; your order will be executed after the payment has arrived.

My unique Art Canvas Prints are Editions are 50 of each. Every print has on the front face my "WiS" signature and hand-written Certificate of Authenticity on the backside: Wieslaw Sadurski, title, year, and serial number of the artwork.

The image is printed on the front face of the canvas and partly reflected around the sides of the frame. The canvas is stretched and stapled to the back of a wood stretcher bars with 8 tensioning wedges that fit in each corner of the wooden frame. Canvas larger then 100 cm comes with wooden cross on the back to ensure the frame retains its shape.

Do you wish to purchase a Art Canvas Print without wooden stretcher bars? It is advised when your order comes from abroad / oversees and the size of the artwork is over 80 x 115 cm. I will send you a rolled canvas; you can order stretching where you live. The price without stretcher bars is lower, the costs for packaging and shipment are then much lower.
 
Make purchase by using the Bestell / Order / Zamów Form.
The shipping charge (if any) is based on the size, weight, method, and shipping destination of the item.
 
There is a size limit of the Art Canvas Print by shipping abroad:
to Israel, Norway - to 60 x 80 cm / 80 x 60 cm; larger sizes - rolled canvas only.
to Belgium, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Holland, Poland, Cyprus - to 115 x 80 cm / 80 x 115 cm; larger sizes - rolled canvas only.
to Japan, Kuwait, Saudi-Arabia, Singapore - all sizes - rolled canvas only.
 
Consider please that the appearance of Art Canvas Prints can vary compared to on screen appearance due to different graphic cards, monitors or browsers. It is advised to ensure your own monitor has a decent calibration which will give you an accurate representation of my artwork before buying.
General Terms and Conditions
 

§ 1 General

1. Wieslaw Sadurski - in succession called wisarts.com - is running under www.wisarts.com (www.wisarts.de, www.sadurski.eu) an Online-Shop for selling Art Canvas Prints. Party to an agreement is wisarts.com and a Customer.
2. All agreements with wisarts.com are effected exclusively on the basis of these GTC of wisarts.com respectively as amended at the time the order is placed. Provisions deviating from these GTC are hereby expressly rejected.
3. Provisions that deviate from these terms require a a written confirmation by wisarts.com.

§ 2 Prices

1. All mentioned prices are in EURO, inclusive VAT, but excluding the costs for shipment.
2. wisarts.com will invoice the costs for shipment separately according to the size and shipping destination. Every shipment is insured to protect merchandise during the shipment.

§ 3 Ordering

1. The offers shown on the wisarts.com constitute a non-binding invitation to the Customer for ordering with wisarts.com. Sending a Bestell / Order / Zamów Form is the Customer's binding offer for concluding the intended agreement.
2. The offer is accepted through wisarts.com by mailing an Order Confirmation within two days. The offer is considered as rejected after a set term has expired futile.
3. Customer remains responsible for any damage caused by the information he provided to wisarts.com in the Order (inaccuracy, mistake, omission). Customer will support the consequences of any late delivery including the financial damage caused by a delivery to a wrong address.

§ 4 Payment

1. Deliveries by wisarts.com are made only with payment in advance by transferring the due amount into an account of wisarts.com owner, Wieslaw Sadurski. The order will not be executed before that amount has arrived.
2. If there has not arrived any money in the account mentioned in the Order Confirmation within 14 days following the conclusion of the agreement, wisarts.com shall be entitled withdraw from the contract.

§ 5 Terms of delivery

1. Delivery is effected by sending the Art Canvas Prints to the delivery address communicated by the customer. wisarts.com can accept only street address (no P.O. box number) for delivery.
2. If delays in delivery are based on reasons, for which wisarts.com cannot be made responsible (e.g.. force majeure, third-party faults, strikes etc.), the time limit will be extended reasonably. wisarts.com will notify the customer of such extension promptly.

§ 6 Time of delivery

1. If you place an order, wisarts.com will ship the purchased Art Canvas Prints within 10-12 working days after all funds are cleared. Shipping times for a parcel service differ: 3-4 working days in Germany, 3-4 weeks to USA.

§ 7 Return Policy

wisarts.com offers a 14-day return period for undamaged / unaltered products. wisarts.com will establish contact within 24 hours after receipt of complaint. Customer will be refunded the full amount of purchase for Art Canvas Prints.
On returns the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Art Canvas Prints need to be shipped in perfect condition and in the original packaging to the following address:

§ 8 Copyrights

Artist Wieslaw Sadurski owns the copyright of all artworks displayed. Customers are forbidden to copy, trade, sell, directly or through a third party, the products of wisarts.com. A permission is required for using my Art Canvas Prints in TV productions or other public releases (book, internet etc.). Use of artwork is prohibited without a legal license, payment of fees and signed permission of the artist.

§ 9 Governing Law:

All transactions and the standard terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with exclusion of UN business law, even when the order comes from abroad.
