| I found 1981 new place to live, in Kreuzberg. One year long I was homeless, jobbing, staying with this or that girlfriend for a while, having exhibition of paintings, sleeping in ateliers, by friends, paintings stored in friendly atelier, visiting Warsaw for a week. Felt hopeless. - One year without painting, for the first time in my life - I said to friend artist Marek in Warsaw - How shall I start again?! And my beloved friend (a month before his suicidal jump from window, by the way) answered: - Wieslaw I know you, you were born to be a gardener, you have always many plants and they grow beautiful and strong! You should paint flowers and flowers only, life-long! Oh well, I trust my friends. |

I rented atelier-room, over painted blue(!) walls and ceiling three times with white, to have no doubt. |
